OBJECTIVE AND TASKS
The objective of this assignment is to develop a modern web-based information system—an online catalog for the collection, storage, analysis, and visualization of data on current and projected transboundary natural and climate risks in Central Asia.
The Contractor shall ensure the full system development cycle, including architecture and interface design, implementation, testing, preparation of documentation, and user training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the framework of this assignment, the Contractor will be responsible for:
- Analyzing requirements and developing the information system architecture;
- Developing a web platform with GIS components;
- Creating user and administrative interfaces;
- Developing and integrating APIs for interaction with external systems;
- Implementing functionalities for working with spatial data and mapping services;
- Ensuring information security and data protection;
- Conducting system testing and resolving identified issues;
- Configuring and launching the system on the provided infrastructure;
- Preparing technical documentation, user manuals, and administrator guides;
- Conducting user training on system operation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES / COMPANIES
The interested company should have:
- Proven experience in developing web-based information systems;
- Experience in developing GIS platforms and working with spatial data;
- Experience in developing software solutions using APIs;
- Experience working with databases and information security technologies;
- A qualified team of specialists, including:
- Project Manager / Lead Specialist;
- Frontend Developer;
- Backend Developer;
- GIS Specialist;
- UI/UX Designer.
Experience in implementing similar projects will be considered an advantage.
