Встреча будет открыта так называемым «зимним университетом» 4 ноября 2014 года в КокГУ имени Шокана Уалиханова. Это однодневное мероприятие будет открыто для посещения общественностью, и во время него международными экспертами из казахстанских и европейских университетов будут презентованы наработки по магистерской программе проекта I-WEB. The Fifth meeting of the Operational Management Group Meeting and project partners of the I-WEB (Water, Education and Business) project of the European Union TEMPUS Programme will be conducted in the Kokshetau State University (KokSU) named after Shokan Ualihanov for the period from 5th to 6th of November 2014. This will be opened by a ‘winter university day’ on the 4th November 2014; a free-to-attend one event during which aspects of the I-WEB MSc programme will be presented by international Kazakh and European experts. For further information on the free winter university day, please emailkoksheiweb@mail.ru The participants of the project OMG meeting will provide information on and discuss their reports on the work implemented for the reporting period from May to November 2014, including: • Results of the summer training at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain) in July 2014 for the academic partners of the project, • Completion of a textbook on integrated water resources management (IWRM) for students of higher educational institutions of Kazakhstan, • Development and launch of Master’s and Doctoral programs in the field of water resources management, • Activities of the interactive web resource project TEMPUS (http://iwebtempus.kz/).
