Dear readers! We are glad to present you the second CAREC newsletter of this year.
The second quarter of 2018 was marked by the successful Central Asian International Environmental Forum. Which gathered 400 people from various countries, including the representatives of more than 50 international and regional organizations. Within the forum, there was an official opening of CAREC-TIIAME Innovations and Scientific Research Cluster on the issues of water resources management. This is the first centre of knowledge on water issues in Central Asia.
