Within the framework of the implementation of the national component of the project “Program for adaptation to climate change and mitigation of its consequences in the Aral Sea Basin” (CAMP4ASB) in the Republic of Tajikistan, loans are allocated to address pressing issues related to adaptation to climate change.
The leadership of the Project Implementation Center under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Regional Environmental Center for Central Asia (CAREC) within the framework of the CAMP4ASB project financed by the World Bank for the branches of the banks CJSC MDO "Humo", CJSC MDO "Imon International" and CJSC Bank "Arvand" were purchased personal protective equipment against infectious diseases - antiseptics, masks and non-contact thermometers.
All purchased funds were transferred to the head offices of financial institutions: CJSC MDO "Humo", CJSC MDO "Imon International" and CJSC Bank "Arvand", for subsequent distribution through the branch network. These funds will be used in all branches and UFI banking centers in the regions of Tajikistan.
A special contribution to the implementation of these initiatives was made by the chairman of the bank CJSC Bank "Arvand" Sodikova Shoira Muzaffarovna, General Director of CJSC MDO "Imon International" Akbarov Bakhodur. Saidganievich and General Director of CJSC MDO "Humo" Vaisova Mavsuda Sarievna.
