The Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) invites you to participate in an online training on the use of WebGIS portals, the Central Asia Climate Information Portal (CACIP), and the SWIM model in Russian. The training will be held on 27 November 2025, from 14:00 to 16:00 (Almaty time, UTC +5)

The training aims to enhance the capacity of specialists, farmers, representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, NGOs, civil society, and the academic and scientific community in using web portals, CACIP, as well as applying the SWIM model and machine learning techniques.
We invite all interested professionals and partners to join the training to exchange experiences and strengthen regional cooperation in addressing climate challenges in Central Asia.
The training is organized within the framework of the “Climate Risk Management in Central Asia” (CRMCA) program, implemented by GIZ on behalf of the Government of Germany and co-financed by the Government of the United Kingdom for international development.
